Flynn Propane Hosts Second Annual Customer Appreciation Breakfast

breakfast-flynnWysox, PA – Flynn Propane located in Towanda, PA held its second annual Customer Appreciation Breakfast on Saturday, April 9th at the Wysox Fire Hall. The breakfast which invited Flynn’s customers served over 230 meals from 8 am to 12 pm, which nearly doubled the total turn out from last year’s event. The meal was prepared by the volunteer staff of the Wysox Fire Department.

“We started the breakfast last year as a way for us to say thank you for the patronage of our customers,” company president E.J. Flynn said, “We want our customers to know they are more than just a number to us. This event provides a great opportunity for all of us to reach out to our customers and show our thanks. I would personally like to thank the hard work and efforts of the volunteer staff at the Wysox Fire Hall, 95.3 The Bridge and the Flynn Energy staff that made today possible.”

As is the case with every Flynn Propane community event the company invited the Bradford County Humane Society to participate. The event raised $444.13 through donations. That total was matched by Flynn bringing the total donation to $888.30.

In total Flynn Energy has raised over $40,000 through various charitable endeavors over the last five years. The company has gained a reputation for community involvement by hosting a number of annual events each year including a charity golf tournament, a Veteran’s Day Celebration and the breakfast.
