App gives customers direct access to their accounts 24/7
As part of Flynn Propane’s online customer experience the company is excited to announce the release of its all new mobile app. The app which is accessible through the Apple App Store and Google Play gives Flynn Propane customers a direct avenue to access and manage their fuel account right from their smart phone or tablet.
“This is a very exciting step in our online advancement. We are always looking for ways to make our customers experience easier. We are confident that this app will add to that experience, and will continue to expand as a very useful tool,” Flynn marketing professional Ryan Scaife said.
The app joins a growing list of useful ways customers can stay connected with the company. In 2014 Flynn Propane introduced a new website and facebook page. In 2015, a customer accounts program known as My Flynn Account was added. My Flynn lets customers buy online and pay online, and track usage 24/7.
