Fuel Delivery Options
Flynn Energy & Propane makes heating your home easy by keeping track of delivery times for you with our Automatic Delivery option. By keeping track of “k-factors”, we help protect you against running out of oil. We develop a personalized schedule which lets us know when you will need oil in your tank. Automatic Delivery is the most efficient manner for delivery, and we offer this free of charge!
To change your account to Automatic Delivery Status please fill out Auto-Delivery Form online, or call 570-265-5221.
With Automatic Delivery, running out of fuel is extremely unlikely. Should you run out of fuel due to our error, delivery will be made at any time, at no additional cost.
We require ten days written notice to start or end Automatic Delivery. Automatic Delivery requires credit and delivery approval.
As a Will Call customer, you are responsible for monitoring your oil needs. You must regularly check your oil tank and call us when you are running low to receive a fuel delivery. If you choose this plan, please note the following:
- Do not let your tank fall below a quarter of a tank! Customer must call in with the tank percentage when ordering fuel delivery.
- Allow sufficient lead time for delivery during regular business hours. We try to deliver within one to two weeks but hazardous driving conditions or extreme winter weather may cause delays.
- Will Call customers who are COD payment status must pre-pay or be pre-authorized for payment.
- Our minimum delivery is 150 gallons of oil.
All Credit-Approved customers have 30 days to pay their bill. Flynn Energy customers can pay online, on our mobile app, by mail, by phone or by visiting our office. Flynn Energy accepts checks, cash and credit/debit cards. Additional payment options are described here:
FAITH Heating Oil Budget Program
Enrollment in our Price-Cap Budget program is available until September 30th. Never pay more than your capped rate. If costs go below the capped rate, you get the lower rate. Eligible customers must be credit-approved and agree to a monthly budget plan based on their estimated usage. There is no cost to enroll. Learn more about FAITH here.

Cash on Delivery
Flynn Energy does offer a “Payment in Advance” option for customers who are not credit-approved. Customer will be placed on Will-Call status. Payment must be received or pre-authorized before delivery is dispatched. We apologize for any inconvenience; however, Flynn Energy is unable to deliver to a COD account without pre-payment or pre-authorization of payment. Customers can pay on our website or mobile app online, by phone or deliver cash or check to the office in advance.
