The enrollment period for our 2023-2024 PROPANE PRE-BUY PROGRAM has begun! This optional program will protect your yearly propane expense against the possibility of rising propane prices. Our customer service representatives will calculate the pre-buy gallons for your account to determine your total.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The calculated price is only guaranteed on the gallons you pre-buy. If you exceed those gallons before March 31, 2024, future deliveries will be at the market price.
2. Delivery history of 400 gallons or more per year is required to participate.
3. Any balance left on your account will be rolled over to next heating season, or a refund check may be requested during July 2024.
4. The locked-in price will expire on March 31, 2024.
5. To participate the tank must be on Automatic Delivery.
6. Pre-buy enrollment expires September 15, 2023 or while supplies last (whichever comes first). Pre-buy orders will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
7. Gallons purchased for the 2023-2024 heating season must be paid in full by September 30, 2023.
