Terms & Conditions

  1. All accounts must be credit approved with 30 day payment terms
  2. Enrollment for the program ends September 30th, 2017. Prices subject to change thereafter. Contract prices do not include applicable taxes. Payment schedule is based on customer’s average heating oil usage and may be adjusted as needed. Standard account payment terms will apply to late payments.
  3. Customer agrees to begin the program year with a full tank of heating oil. All fuel oil must be purchased from Flynn Energy during contract period.
  4. Guaranteed price is subject to change if the customer exceeds annual usage. Flynn Energy reserves the right to limit the number of gallons of heating oil available through this program according to availability of product.
  5. Missed or late payments are subject to termination of this agreement.
  6. Terms of contract are valid from October 1st, 2017 through July 31st, 2018. To guarantee price protection, Flynn Energy must secure your fuel for the entire year in advance. 
  7. First payment must be made by October 1st. Deliveries will be scheduled once second monthly payment is made.
  8. This contract shall not be transferred or assigned by any customer in whole or part, directly or indirectly without permission of Flynn Energy.

Flynn Energy is happy to announce the opening of its “Fuel Assurance in the Home” (FAITH) Program for the 2023-2024 heating season.  This program caps your heating costs, guaranteeing that you will never pay more than $3.99 per gallon for your heating oil this season.

The FAITH Program spreads your heating oil expenses out over equal monthly payments and places you on automatic delivery.  As an automatic delivery customer we deliver to you first and there will always be supply to deliver to your home.

To participate, simply complete the form above to secure the guaranteed capped price of $3.99 from September 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024.  Deadline for enrollment is August 31, 2023.  Once your completed form is received our staff will contact you to calculate your monthly payment amount.
