Flynn Energy Holds 12th Annual Golf Tournament, Supporting Community Members in Need

Towanda, PA (June 2, 2023) — Flynn Energy, a trusted name in commercial fuel, residential propane, heating oil, and lubricants, hosted their highly anticipated 12th Annual Golf Tournament. This event is a beacon of community support, aimed at raising funds for individuals facing challenges in the local community.

This year, the tournament selected Joe Johnson of Towanda as one of the beneficiaries. Joe, a resilient 30-year-old, has been battling kidney disease since he was just 14 months old. His unwavering spirit and determination inspire all who know his story. Currently undergoing dialysis three times a week, Joe eagerly awaits a life-changing kidney transplant.

Flynn’s annual golf tournament has established itself as a celebrated tradition within the community. Every summer, businesses and associates of Flynn Energy come together to unite in a spirit of camaraderie, competitive golf, and giving back. Over the years, this event has raised $172,000, benefiting various causes and touching countless lives.

This year’s 12th anniversary tournament was made possible by the generous support of titanium-level sponsors Allison Crane & Rigging, AmPro Well Services, and Falcon Flowback Services.

Attendees enjoyed an array of on-course events and raffles, including their famous steak dinner. Notably, Rob Coleman of Mountain Energy Services emerged victorious in the Lucky Envelope Contest, winning a substantial $5,000 prize. Demonstrating his selfless spirit, Rob generously donated the entire amount back to Joe.
